Zefta Arthouse is an initiative of the Dar Zefta Foundation and directly reflects its mission to support cultural development and community regeneration in South Lebanon. The Arthouse advances the Foundation’s priorities by embedding artistic practice within local life, engaging youth, women, and artisans, and strengthening cultural activities and attractions in the region.
The Zefta Art House building was minimally and tactfully restored to fit seamlessly in its environment.
Adapting the same construction and finishing methods used throughout the last five decades whilst incorporating the adequate invisible technologies when needed to preserve the building’s integrity.
